MommyCon Portland returns to the Oregon Convention Center for the first year since 2013. We are incredibly excited to be back in the PNW for a great weekend of parenting topics!

Exhibitors will be located in Hall A which is located on the lower level of the convention center. Our sessions and event elements will be located in the nearby meeting rooms from our exhibitor hall. With over 50,000 square feet of event space, we invite exhibitors to show off their best products in a beautiful modern exposition hall. Hall A has polished concrete floors.

Pre-Event Shipping Info


Load In Info

Exhibitors can move into the exhibit hall and begin setup Friday, June 28, 2019, 3:00PM - 6:00PM


Onsite parking is provided in the convention center’s underground garage. You may enter the garage through either the NE Lloyd Boulevard (P1) or NE First Avenue (P2) entrances. Clearance on the P1 Level is 7 feet; clearance on the P2 Level is 9 feet. We have a total of 800 spaces. More parking and transportation information is available here.

Load Out Info

The exhibit hall closes at 3:00pm on Saturday, please begin tearing down your exhibit as soon as the hall is cleared of all guests. You can move your exhibit materials out via the back hall doors or front entrance. MommyCon will not have hand trucks or dollies available to use so please be prepared to transport your items.

Post-Event Shipping Info

Option 1: Provide UPS/FedEx labels
Option 2: Ship via contracted service

At the end of the event, please pack up all your booth items and close all boxes. If you have arranged for shipment in advance via, FedEx, UPS or another major carrier. Please print your labels in advance so you can attach them to your boxes at the end of the show. Make sure you call for a pickup!

If you would like to arrange a freight carrier, please visit the DWA information booth or contact them before the show to discuss options. Be advised that they will charge a handling fee.

We encourage you to take a photo of the items you are shipping out and make note of all tracking numbers. If you did not make arrangements in advance, you are responsible for removing all items from the hall.
