MommyCon NYC returns to the Grand Hyatt New York Grand Central Station for the second year. This will mark our third annual NYC event and we could not be more excited to bring the best in global brands, local resources and a variety of products for families in their first couple years of parenthood.

Exhibitors will be located in the Grand Ballroom which is located on the Ballroom Level of the hotel. Our sessions and event elements will be located directly downstairs from our exhibitors on the Conference Level. With over 50,000 square feet of event space, we invite exhibitors to show off their best products in a beautiful historic ballroom with chandeliers, carpeting, and modern lighting.

Hotel

Our hotel block is at the Grand Hyatt New York. To make your reservation call 212-883-1234 and ask for the MommyCon rate. The block always sells out, so we recommend booking your room as soon as possible. Our group is exempt from the $25 destination fee.


Show Services

We do not have a show service contractor for our NYC event. All shipments and electrical orders will be processed by the venue directly. For assistance please contact James Vinkler (james.vinkler@hyatt.com) at the Grand Hyatt for all ordering.

Electrical

Electric can be ordered through the Grand Hyatt. Please email James Vinkler (james.vinkler@hyatt.com) for more information.

Internet

WIFI is available at a fee of $50.00 per connection and can be ordered directly through the Grand Hyatt. Please email James Vinkler (james.vinkler@hyatt.com) for more information.

Pre-Event Shipping Info

Items should NOT arrive prior to April 1. This is very important as the hotel has limited storage space. Exhibitors will be charged for all packages shipped to the hotel. Please see the exhibitor kit for more information on rates and fees.

Load In Info

Exhibitors can move into the exhibit hall and begin setup Friday, April 5, 2019


Parking

The Hotel has on premise valet parking 24 hours daily through Standard Parking. Valet parking is available from both the 42nd street and Mezzanine entrance; all car retrievals are located on the Mezzanine Level.

The current rate is $60.00 for up to 6 hours and $70.00 for overnight. There is an additional $10.00 charge for SUVs. There are no in and out privileges and hotel parking is via valet only. Customers will be charged additional fees for each entrance and departure. For more details, please call Imperial Parking directly at (212)883-1234 extension 53.

The garage is located a few blocks from the hotel. *We recommend calling 20 minutes in advance (ext. 53) to desired pick up time. It will accommodate regular size vans. Larger vehicles will need to make other parking arrangements


Load Out Info

The exhibit hall closes at 3:00PM on Saturday, please begin tearing down your exhibit as soon as the hall is cleared of all guests. You can move your exhibit materials out via the hotels elevators. MommyCon will not have hand trucks or dollies available to use so please be prepared to transport your items.


Post-Event Shipping Info

Option 1: Provide UPS/FedEx labels
Option 2: Ship via contracted service

At the end of the event, please pack up all your booth items and close all boxes. If you have arranged for shipment in advance via, FedEx, UPS or another major carrier. Please print your labels in advance so you can attached them to your boxes at the end of the show. Make sure you call for a pickup!

If you would like to arrange a freight carrier, please connect with the hotel directly for pick-up times.

We encourage you to take a photo of the items you are shipping out and make note of all tracking numbers. If you did not make arrangements in advance, you are responsible for removing all items from the hall.
