MommyCon Orlando returns to the Caribe Royale Hotel & Conference Center for the fifth year. This annual event features global brands, local resources and a variety of products for families in their first couple years of parenthood.

Exhibitors will be located in the convention center at the Caribe Royale. We take over a carpeted space within the center and all of our space is located indoors.  With over 50,000 square feet of event space, we invite exhibitors to show off their best products in a beautiful Floridian inspired hall.

Our hotel block is at the Caribe Royale Orlando. The block always sells out, so we recommend booking your room as soon as possible.

Show Services

Show services and freight handling will be provided by AGS Expo Services. Please download and review their Exhibitor Kit.

Booths include pipe and drape. They do not include tables. If you would like to order a table for your booth through AGS Expo Services, please refer to page 18 of the Exhibitor Kit for details.


If you need power at your booth space, it will have to be arranged in advance so a line can be run to your space. Please refer to page 37 of the Exhibitor Kit to place the order. You should also plan to have an extension cord and power strip with your booth items in case that is needed. Please note that there is an additional charge for this service.


If you require Wifi inside the exhibit hall, it is available for purchase in advance at this venue. If you need a dedicated connection, there will be an additional charge. Please refer to pages 32 of the Exhibitor Kit to place the order.

Pre-Event Shipping Info

Advanced Shipments to Warehouse: Deliveries will only be accepted between July 29, 2019 and August 23, 2019. Any shipments received after the advanced receiving deadline, or during the event, will be assessed a late free and redirected to the exhibit site.

Direct Shipments to Exhibit Site: Deliveries to the exhibit site should only be scheduled to arrive on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 3:00PM-6:00PM.

Load In Info

Exhibitors can move into the exhibit hall and begin setup Friday, August 30, 2019, 3:00PM-6:00PM; Saturday, August 31, 2019, 7:00AM-9:00AM. To load in directly to the hall, please pull around behind the Convention Center. There is a service gate next to the Services Building. When you pull behind the Convention building, go past the Grand Sierra roll up door and proceed to the loading dock behind the Caribbean Ballroom.


Parking at Caribe Royale will be $10.00/day. There are no in and out privileges.

Load Out Info

If you are also exhibiting at KidCon Orlando on Sunday, September 1, 2019, you will not break down your booth or load out until after that event ends on Sunday.

The exhibit hall closes at 3:00pm on Saturday. Please begin tearing down your exhibit as soon as the hall is cleared of all guests. Exhibitors cannot break down before 3:00pm. You can move your exhibit materials out via the back hall doors. This venue prefers exhibitors to only load out through the dock in back. There is plenty of parking behind the loading dock and direct access to the back of hall. 

MommyCon will not have hand trucks or dollies available to use so please be prepared to transport your items.

Post-Event Shipping Info

Option 1: Provide UPS/FedEx labels
Option 2: Ship via contracted service

At the end of the event, please pack up all your booth items and close all boxes. If you have arranged for shipment in advance via, FedEx, UPS or another major carrier. Please print your labels in advance so you can attached them to your boxes at the end of the show. Make sure you call for a pickup! The Caribe has a FedEx facility onsite that can also manage your packages.

If you would like to arrange a freight carrier, please visit the AGS information booth or contact them before the show to discuss options. Be advised that they will charge a handling fee.

We encourage you to take a photo of the items you are shipping out and make note of all tracking numbers. If you did not make arrangements in advance, you are responsible for removing all items from the hall. MommyCon is not responsible for any items left behind.
