MommyCon Chicago returns to the Donald E Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont for the seventh straight year. The event launched in Chicago in 2013 with a West Loop location and moved to the convention center in March 2014.

Exhibitors will be located in the South Ballroom which is located on the second floor of the convention center. Our sessions and event elements will also be located in the South Ballroom. We invite exhibitors to show off their best products in a newly renovated and beautiful setting with chandeliers and fully carpeted floors.

Load Out for MommyCon is on Saturday from 4:00PM – 7:00PM. If you are exhibiting at KidCon as well, there is no need to break down your booth until after KidCon on Sunday night.

Hotel

We have discounted room blocks available at the Embassy Suites and the Hilton.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O’Hare Rosement: Rooms start at $128 per night. Parking is $29 for self-parking in the hotel garage. You can also book by phone at 847-678-4000 with the group code “MOC.”

Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare: Rooms start at $129 per night. Parking is $29 for self-parking in the hotel garage. The Hilton is connected directly to the convention center via SkyBridge. You can also book by phone at 888-452-6943 with the group code “MMC.”

Our room blocks always sell out, so book your room early!

Load In Info

Exhibitors can move into the exhibit hall and begin setup Friday, March 13: 12:00PM - 4:00PM


Parking

Parking is available at the Williams Street Parking Garage for $15.00 per day and the garage is connected to the convention center via Skybridge. The convention center is also easily accessible by train and complimentary shuttle bus from the Rosemont Blue Line Station.


Load Out Info

The exhibit hall closes at 4:00pm on Saturday. Please begin tearing down your exhibit as soon as the hall is cleared of all guests. You can move your exhibit materials out via the back hall doors or front entrance. Be prepared to use your own cart or hand truck as wait times for these items can be long.


Post-Event Shipping Info

Option 1: Provide UPS/FedEx labels
Option 2: Ship via contracted service

At the end of the event, please pack up all your booth items and close all boxes. If you have arranged for shipment in advance via, FedEx, UPS or another major carrier. Please print your labels in advance so you can attach them to your boxes at the end of the show. Make sure you call for a pickup!

If you would like to arrange a freight carrier, please visit the RES information booth or contact them before the show to discuss options. Be advised that they will charge a handling fee.

We encourage you to take a photo of the items you are shipping out and make note of all tracking numbers. If you did not make arrangements in advance, you are responsible for removing all items from the hall.
