MommyCon Charlotte returns to the Charlotte Convention Center for the second year. This annual event features global brands, local resources and a variety of products for families in their first couple years of parenthood.

Exhibitors will be located in Hall A which is located on the lower level of the convention center. Our sessions and event elements will be located directly upstairs from our exhibitor hall. With over 50,000 square feet of event space, we invite exhibitors to show off their best products in a beautiful modern exposition hall. Hall A has polished concrete floors.

Our official room block will be at the Hilton Charlotte Center City. Rates start at $139.00. The block always sells out, so we recommend booking your room as soon as possible.

Show Services

Please see our exhibitor kit for information pertaining to show services, material handling fees, and furniture rental. As a reminder exhibitor booths that are in-line have pipe and drape. Tables, chairs and other items may be brought in or ordered through Fern Expositions. Click here to order WIFI or Electrical services through Smart City.

WIFI and hard lined internet can be ordered through Smart City. Please note that the free wifi in the building will not work in most parts of the exhibitor hall so we highly suggest ordering wifi if you are dependent on WIFI for order processing. Shipments should arrive between April 2 - May 2, 2019 directly to Fern Exposition Services.

Load In Info

Exhibitors can move into the exhibit hall and begin setup Friday, May 3: 3:00PM - 6:00PM


Parking is available at the convention center and prices vary. The convention center is also easily accessible by train and city buses.

Load Out Info

The exhibit hall closes at 3:00 PM on Saturday, please begin tearing down your exhibit as soon as the hall is cleared of all guests. You can move your exhibit materials out via the back hall doors or front entrance. We will not have hand trucks or dollies available to use so please be prepared to transport your items.

Post-Event Shipping Info

Option 1: Provide UPS/FedEx labels
Option 2: Ship via contracted service such as YRC

At the end of the event, please pack up all your booth items and close all boxes. If you have arranged for shipment in advance via, FedEx, UPS or another major carrier. Please print your labels in advance so you can attach them to your boxes at the end of the show. Make sure you call for a pickup and arrange return shipping with Fern Expositions!

If you would like to arrange a freight carrier, please visit the Fern information booth or contact them before the show to discuss options. Be advised that they will charge a handling fee.

We encourage you to take a photo of the items you are shipping out and make note of all tracking numbers. If you did not make arrangements in advance, you are responsible for removing all items from the hall.
